At Freckled Poppy, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returns are processed as account credit to help you find your next favorite piece.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your account credit will be issued once the return is processed.
